Returns

Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they meet all return conditions.

Condition Requirements
Returned items must be brand new, unworn, unused, and in their original packaging, including all tags and inserts.
Footwear that has been worn, shows signs of use, or has been tried outdoors is not eligible for return.

Return Process
All returns must be sent via mail after contacting our support team for return instructions.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Restocking Fees
No restocking fees are charged.

We’re happy to assist with exchanges where items meet the return condition requirements.


Refunds

Inspection & Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 10 business days.

Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been completed.

Goodwill & Partial Refunds                                                                                           
In some cases, we may offer a partial refund as a goodwill resolution when a return is not practical or the item is not eligible for return.This is a discretionary offer and is not guaranteed.

Partial refunds, when offered, will not exceed 30% of the item price and are issued without requiring the item to be returned.
Acceptance of a partial refund is considered a final resolution of the case.
